We are seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to accelerate revenue growth through effective CRM management, automation strategy, and sales forecasting. You’ll manage the Mach49 CRM day-to-day operations and be expected to make continuous improvements and recommendations. More than just a data tracker and organizer, we need a Revenue Operations Specialist who can analyze, synthesize, and build a strategy based on the information collected throughout the company. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working autonomously and across multiple departments (e.g., Business Development, Marketing, Finance) to deploy a coordinated effort to retain current clients and engage new ones.

      • Support Sales and Finance on pipeline accuracy and forecasting including maintaining and building metrics dashboards.
      • Extract and analyze data from the CRM and / or synthesize CRM trends for management in reports on an as-needed basis.
      • Create, monitor, and present best practice performances and deal attribution models to improve the overall sales process and pipeline.
      • Optimize the sales process using data-driven insights and technology to streamline workflows, detect early risk, and expedite closing time.
      • Own and operate the CRM system, change requests, user permissions / management, and bug resolution.
      • Train and onboard relevant team members in CRM on processes and troubleshooting
      • Regularly audit, de-dupe, and enrich data for quality and accuracy.
      • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to align system build with cross-departmental needs and integrate third-party platforms with CRM when required.
      • Coordinate with IT to ensure data protection measures meet the latest and highest security standards.
      • Partner with Marketing to define seasonal strategies and tactics for implementation across Business Development.
      • Develop and present findings and recommendations based on data-driven business analysis
      • Lead, construct, and deliver projects that elevate business perception, leading to more informed decisions from both an operational and sales perspective.

      Requirements

      • 2+ years experience working in an operations / process role.
      • 1+ years of hands-on experience with building, maintaining, and optimizing a CRM. Hubspot certification and experience is a plus.
      • 2+ years experience configuring modern tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Tableau, Airtable, Outreach, etc)
      • Experience in FP&A, sales forecasting, and sales pipeline management.
      • Expert Excel modeling skills and experience manipulating large data sets
      • Proficiency in Google G-Suite, Keynote, Word, and other cloud business operating solutions.
      • Experience with process mapping, use case and requirements gathering, analysis, and validation
      • Excellent writing and presentation delivery, along with the ability to communicate technology solutions to non-technical individuals
      • Ability to execute with efficiency and urgency in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
      • Consistent application of critical thinking skills across all workstreams.
      • Experience at a high-growth start-up and / or in consulting is a plus.
      • Flexibility and willingness to work when the work is needed, and to learn / deploy new skills as the entrepreneurial environment requires.
